It eliminates the tedious hacking process and minimizes plaster de-bonding. Further, it has waterproofing properties and hence it prevents leakages from the cracks in the plaster and provides a very strong mechanical and chemical bond between gypsum/cement plaster and concrete surface / AAC block masonry. Its unique Modified Hybrid System creates both mechanical and chemical adhesion — no hacking or surface preparation required. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1 SURFACE PREPARATION Clean surface free from mold, oil and contaminants. Pre-wet concrete surface 1 hour before application.

2 MIX CONTENTS Stir SC Bond thoroughly with a clean rod to evenly distribute solid particles in solution.

3 APPLY WITH BRUSH Use a good quality brush or spray. Apply with even distribution of fine aggregates over the surface. Allow it to dry thoroughly for around 24 hours and apply gypsum plaster after 24 hours or after the material has dried based on environmental conditions.
